Peak View PTO is excited to hold their second annual online silent auction as part of Harvest Fest 2026. Enjoy bidding on generous donations from local businesses, fun school packages, commemorative class plates, and more! Proceeds directly benefit school needs such as playground improvements, classroom needs, field trip support and enrichment programs. The auction will begin Monday, October 19th @ 10 am. Lots will close at 7:00 pm EST on Friday, October 23rd. All bids will begin at $2 (except the class plates which will start at $20) and increase in increments of $2. When you go to bid on an item, you will have the option to increase the bid by $2 or create a maxbid on that item. The auction uses a staggered closing system which means at 7:00 pm only 3 lots will close each minute. If a lot is up for closing and has 60 seconds or less remaining and someone bids on that lot, it will auto-extend the lot by 60 more seconds to allow for additional bids to come in, the lot will not close until the time on the clock runs out. ****Item Pick Up Information **** Item pick up will be in the Peak View Elementary School cafeteria on Tuesday, October 27th 9-11 am and 3:15-5 pm. Credit cards will be charged upon the closing of the auction. School experience winners do not need to picked up, teachers will contact you by email.
